I have always known that I wanted to work in the health care field, helping others in any way shape or form.

I graduated from the University of Ottawa with a B.A (Hons) Human Kinetics in 2016 and worked as an exercise physiotherapy assistant for three years. I taught patients home care exercises and created individualized exercise programs based on their needs. I enjoyed working one on one with the various patients and wanted to expand my knowledge and provide a more hands-on approach as well.

I graduated with honours from the two-year Massage Therapy Intensive program at Algonquin College and became registered by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in August of 2019.

The techniques and modalities that I use include:

  • Trigger Point Therapy
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Relaxation Massage
  • Myofascial Release
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Remedial Exercises
