After successfully completing an intensive 2-year massage therapy program at CDI College and graduating with honours, I became a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Massage Therapist Association in November 2006.
My training consisted of extensive studies in anatomy and physiology, pathology, massage theory, professionalism and ethics, hydrotherapy, remedial exercise, as well as nutrition.
I am very client care focused and have diverse clinical experience. I have treated Olympic level athletes, palliative care patients, and children, those suffering from overuse injuries, and chronic pain syndromes.
My treatments range from relaxation massage to therapeutic treatments for sport injuries. I provide deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, upper back and neck relief, low back discomfort and lymphatic drainage.
Having taken the time to nurture and treat each individual with specific styles of massage therapy it contributes towards a positive influence on your overall health and well-being. I will provide quality care, treatment and customer attention for each individual as I believe that massage starts with an inviting welcoming smile.
